Robert Howard Pfeiffer

He and his wife Lesley, and her daughter Cindy Nunn moved to Maui 34 years ago where they were welcomed by the island community with so much aloha. Robert was a proud WWII Navy veteran. He was happiest with a hammer and screw driver in his hands, building or remodeling something. And he loved Sunday football up until the very end. Go 49ers!

A private service was held at Canoe Beach to celebrate Robert's life. A very special mahalo to the Faitua family and the Chihara family for making it possible. Their love and support will be forever appreciated and remembered. An additional mahalo goes out to the Napili Canoe Club and Mele Pono & the Akima family for their participation.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Lesley Pfeiffer; children Constance Adams, Chestnut (Richard) Booth, Cynthia Nunn (Ed) Townsend, Christopher (Sandy) Nunn, Michael Nunn, Robin (Frank) Cote, Scott (Mary) Nunn; grandchildren Nicholas Townsend, Casey & Eric Nunn, Matthew & Stephanie Nunn, Danyell & Reggie Cote; dedicated friend Kalisi Faitua; and his loyal canine friends Kalani and Daisy.

Robert joins his beloved parents, Paul and Lillian Pfeiffer, and grandson, Michael Booth in heaven, where you are sure to hear them laughing together in an eternal game of cards. Bob, don't you even think about cheating!
