Siegfried R. Azevedo, 71, of Kamuela, died July 9, 2010. He was born in Honolulu and retired as an Aircraft Crew Chief for the Hawaii Air National Guard. He was a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Kamuela, American Legion, National Rifle Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, National Association of Retired Federal Employees, and the Enlisted Men's Organization. Funeral services are scheduled at Annunciation Catholic Church in Kamuela, July 17, 2010, visitation at 8:30 am, Mass at 10:30 am; and on July 21, 2010 at St. Ann's Church in Kaneohe, visitation at 11:00 am, program 1:00 pm, with burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Azevedo; son David S. Azevedo of Nevada; daughters Kathleen (Faleata) Mika of Oregon, Kristina (Todd) Carreira of Oregon; sister Millicent Hayes of California; five grandchildren.
