It is with great sadness that the family of William Kerr (Moore) Chapman (42) share the tragic news of his passing on July 20, 2018 in Kihei, Hawaii. Big Will was the light of so many lives and was always the life of the party. Anyone who knew him knows he lived fast, rode hard and loved life. He left us in true Papa Willy style; cruising his motorcycle in the sun. William began his career as a boxer but always had an entrepreneurial spirit; owning many businesses throughout his life. But his crowning life achievement was his family. He leaves behind two sons, William Keith Chapman of Tualatin, Oregon and Devin Robert Chapman of Kihei, Hawaii. He is also survived by his brother Robert Hartfield (Jenny) of Galloway, Ohio,
His mother Deborah Sue Moore of Galloway, Ohio and his father Keith Kermit Chapman of Oregon.
In addition to so many more friends that have become Ohana. He was preceded in death by his son Bryon Michael Chapman in 2014 and his daughter Leila Grace Chapman in 2012.
Family and friends gathered in celebration honoring the life William created in Maui.
There will be a celebration of life in Portland, Oregon in August. Details to follow.
