Willie J. “Robbie” Robinson, 59, of Haiku, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2016 under the loving care of Islands Hospice in Kahului with his wife and children by his side. He was born on April 27, 1956 in Montgomery, Alabama. Willie retired from the Air Force in January 1995 after 20 years of service. He then moved to Maui in July 1996 and was employed by Securitas Security Services at the Mana Kai Maui Resort.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at the Mana Kai Maui Resort in Kihei on January 16, 2016 starting at 8:30 a.m. with the scattering of his ashes to follow.

Willie is survived by his wife, Kathleen Ishii Robinson; daughter, Kishaunda Robinson; son, DeLan Robinson; mother, Mary Robinson; sister, Melissa (Terrance) Davis; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
