Papa, even though you're gone,  I can still hear you clear as day. 

The countless hours you've spent sharing your love of God and the word of Jesus. Always being vocal about what you believed was right or wrong. And always bestowing precious knowledge unto me and others. 

I remember sleeping right next to you on the recliner, going to watch you shoot your program "The Blessed Hope" and our trip to Vegas. I wish I could relive all the moments I had with you, but I'm extremely thankful that I got to spend most of my first 23 years of life with you! Never really knew how much of a privilege just sitting with you and talking was. How precious those moments are. But now I do. 

As much as I want to hear your voice forever, I take comfort in knowing that no pain can ever touch you for as long as you rest. I take comfort in knowing that you are the strongest man I know; that you were unafraid of any and everything. And that I know you have done your best to speak the truth that is the Lord's. For that, you will be rewarded. 

I hope we can be together again, and I will work to live a good life in Jesus for that to happen. May your breath remain with Jesus until he calls you! Rest in love and peace papa! I will love you until I can't anymore! As you have done for me and so many others.

"Earth claims numerous role models, but there's only one I cherish by name.

He lived his life with all that he had, through trials, torture and flame.

Though there are very few role models this earth has always had, only one shall exist in my mind and he's known as my DAD.

He proudly served God and his country, not for fortune and fame, but instead he served for us all and the freedom we can now claim.

I asked him what his M.O.S. (Military Occupational Specialty) was and he told me he was infantry, I stared into his eyes and said you served so COURAGEOUSLY.

Through all the struggles and hardships you faced, you conquered all of them with ease and through grace.

Throughout my life I looked up to you as my hero, I did so with love, my doubts were at zero.

Your words that you spoke were as good as gold, just like your character they were "OH SO BOLD"

The life that you lived flashes through my mind; but they only tell me that you were one of a kind.

I LOVE YOU DADDY! HOOAH!🪖


First and foremost Dad, you were in life as now in death the EPITOME of true: HONOR, COURAGE, COMMITMENT, PRIDE, DEDICATION, INITIATIVE, LOYALTY, but most of all FAITH.

Your qualities that you left throughout your short life here on earth will never be duplicated because you are the ONE and ONLY. You left a POSITIVE outlook on all of us therefore, your legacy will LIVE FOREVER, that means that YOU LIVE FOREVER.

We LOVE AND MISS YOU DADDY! HOOAH!

A great man once said: “If a man hasn’t discovered something that he will die for, he isn’t fit to live. The soldier is the Army. No army is better than it’s soldiers.” This is the motto that you set in stone DADDY 🪖

I am so blessed to have spent your last hours with you.  Your Love and memory will live forever in my heart Dad.  We miss you but Mommy misses you the MOST!!  We are doing all we can to help her through this Dad and I have Faith God will pull us all through and she will be okay.
