Darrell “Koa” Kawa‘a Jr., 51, of Kahaluʻu, Hawaiʻi, passed away in Honolulu on September 22, 2025. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for 30 years and was a proud member of the Royal Order of Kamehameha I.
He is survived by his loving ʻohana — wife Robin Raquedan-Kawa‘a, daughter Raia, and sons Robert and Rayden; as well as his sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews.
