Fabiola Escala Rios, 100 years old of island of Oahu Waipahu, HI, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was known for her passion of sewing, gardening, and cooking. Her unconditional love and care touched so many lives.
Fabiola joins her late husband, Epifanio De Mate Rios, who passed July 20, 1996.
Fabiola is survived by her 3 children Rafael Rios, Raquel Rios, and Rose Salvacion, 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Fabiola also leaves behind a sister, Primitiva Escala Hermosa of San Diego.
A celebration of life will be held at Hawaiian Memorial at Kaneohe on May 23, 2026, at 9:30 am.
