He is survived by his wife, Anita Magallanes (Hilario Magallanes), and his children, Joseph Magallanes, Joyce Vinluan, Joann Magallanes, and Emmanuel Magallanes.

A Funeral Service will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Chapel, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744, on April 20, 2026, starting at 10:00 am.

Burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery will take place at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744, on April 20, 2026, starting at 1:00 pm.
