After an unexpected illness, our beloved Paul Francis de Vos passed away on February 24th, 2022 at Castle Medical Center in Kailua, HI. Paul was born on August 20th, 1955, in Somers Point, NJ to William A. de Vos, Jr. and Mary Bernier de Vos.
Paul is survived by his wife, Raquel, daughter, Madeleine, sister, Gabrielle de Vos Burholt and her husband, V. Rev. Paul Burholt, and sisters-in-law, Jacquelyn Castro, and Cynthia Blackwell and her husband, Steven Blackwell, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Paul was preceded in death by his father and mother, and elder brother, William A. de Vos, Ill. A Roman Catholic Requiem Mass will be held Wednesday, March 30th, 2022 at St. Ann Church, Kaneohe, at 10:30 a.m. with Visitation and Rosary from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be given in Paul's memory to St. Ann Church,Kaneohe.
Paul's remains will be interred at the new soon to be installed Columbarium at St. Ann Church, at which time the family will announce a Celebration of Life in Paul's honor.
