

Our dearest mama, Utufia Toilolo passed away in her Waianae home with her loving family surrounding her on December 16, 2025. She was born on May 19,1936 in Amaluia, American Samoa. She was our strong and loving family leader who opened her home to family and friends.
Utufia was married to Talaimotu Toilolo and had nine beautiful children. She took the role of both mom and dad in October 1979 when Talaimotu passed. She kept her family together despite many challenges and taught her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren the meaning of love, family and respect.
Utufia was a talented self-taught seamstress who sewed her family’s clothes. She also had a green thumb and loved working in her yard growing her heliconia’s, gingers, orchids and other plants.
Her love for the Lord gave her the strength to be the woman she was. She was a proud member of Sacred Hearts Academy Church of Waianae.
She was predeceased by Talaimotu Toilolo (husband), Leo Toilolo (son), Viki Toilolo (daughter), Fread Toilolo (son), Maria Toilolo (daughter), Katarina Roe (mother), Tago Roe (father), Faaoloviti Sailele (sister), Paepae Cavillas (sister), Maea Loe (brother), Taiulu Roe (brother), Laupula Roe (brother), Agnes (Sei) Bond (sister), Mary Mansfield (sister), Freddy Agasiva (brother) & Alice Johnston (sister).
Utufia is survived by, Loto (Loko) Kipi (daughter), Blanche (Mua) Murray (daughter) [Kevin], Edwin (Eddie) Toilolo (son) [Gwyn], Moreli (Mo) Toilolo (son) [Sandy], Joseph Ah-Kiong (son) [Malu], Maria Buckner (daughter) [George], Aopiilagi (Ao) Togia (sister), 23 Grandchildren, 58 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Please join us for the Celebration of our mother, on Sunday, February 1st at Hawaiian Memorial Park & Funeral Services, Visitation at 9:30am and Service at 10:00am, Burial at 1:00pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
