Aubrey Stallard, 92, was the oldest of 8 children. He was preceded in death by his son Dale. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Irene, daughter Marcia Stallard-Magee (Tom), and granddaughter Cayleen Stallard.
As an avid fisherman and hunter, there was never a time you wouldn’t see him with a fishing rod in hand or telling a deep fishing story. He would always talk about his biggest catches, his best hunts, and the lessons he learned on these long trips. As a Veteran, he also often regaled his days in the Army to any that would listen.
He provided love, comfort and advice to all, often times being sure to give wisdom in older sayings.
“Finer than a frog's hair split three ways. And you no frogs ain't got no hair.”
A graveside for Aubrey will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112.
