Charles Denver Green, 80, passed away Monday, October 19, 2015. A visitation will be held Saturday, October 31st from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Charles resided in Kansas City, Kansas. He was married to Maxyne Green before her passing in August of 2006. Charles retired from School District 500 after 30+ years of service. In his free time, he enjoyed watching the Royals play and loved to go fishing.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Fed & Lois Green; and brothers, Otto, Ellis & Johnny Green. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Sean and Amiel Charles Green; grandson, Amiel Charles Green II as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
