Cheryl L. Walters, 73, Kansas City, Kansas passed away May 3, 2018. A visitation will be from 10-11 AM with a funeral service at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kansas. Interment will be immediately following in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Cheryl was born January 17, 1945. She was a lifelong resident of Kansas City, Kansas and worked as a waitress and for the Parks and Rec Department.

Cheryl was preceded in passing by her parents; brother; and sister.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Don Walters; one daughter, Teresa Doty; 2 granddaughters; 4 great grandchildren.
