Frank Eugene Clements passed away March 26th after a short illness. Frank was a lifelong member of the KCK Huggers, Inc.-Special Olympic program founded by his mother in 1971. He was also a member of the Maple Hill Optimist Club and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1100 here in Kansas City, Kansas.
Frank graduated from Harmon High School here in KCK. Frank retired from the Johnson County Community College Maintenance Department in January of 2025. Frank was a much-loved member of the community and always ready to help where he could. Frank loved sports and participated in Basketball, Track & Field, Softball, and Bowling. He loved to go fishing when he was able to. Basketball and Bowling were his favorite sports. The Royals was his #1 Sports team, and he loved to attend home games when he could.
Frank was proceeded in death by his mother, Nancy Lenora Clements and his father Charles E. Clements, Grandparents, Beverly, and Robert Clements, as well as others.
Funeral will be held on April 11th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 8616 Haskell Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas 66109. Viewing from 10am to 11am with services immediately following. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112.
