LaVerne Jones, 82, passed away October 3, 2013. A visitation will be held Saturday, October 12th from 9:00-10:00a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 10:00a.m. at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home.
LaVerne graduated from Stigall High School in Humboldt, TN and moved to Kansas City, KS. She worked on the Champ Service Line while living in Kansas City. LaVerne is survived by her 2 sons; James Bardwell and Charles Jones; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
