Mark was born on October 29th 1953 to Eugene and Betty Crowley. Mark was a lifelong resident of Wyandotte County. Mark worked for over 30 years for Union Pacific Railroad, where he retired as a switchman, brakeman/ conductor. Mark loved to bowl with his family and friends and some would even say he was a pretty good bowler. He played in many leagues and in a lot of tournaments throughout the years. Mark was an avid race fanatic. His favorite driver was Rusty Wallace, even after he retired he still stuck with the Miller Lite race team. Even though we all know it was really the Miller Lite he loved about the car not the driver. Mark loved cars and loved to work on them as well. Mark loved to go fishing in his spare time or any chance he could get. His favorite place was Wilson’s Cove at Wyandotte County lake where he loved to take his kids and grandkids to fish with him. Mark was very family oriented and loved spending time with his family. He loved playing cards, dominos, or even a simple cookout that brought everyone together. Wherever his friends and family were is where you could find him. Mark was so loved by everyone who met him. He was caring, loving and the most generous man, who would help anyone he could. His memory and legacy will live on through the family and friends who loved and cared for him.
