Patricia was born on October 17, 1948, at Providence Hospital at 18th and Barnett in Kansas City, Kansas. She was a lifelong resident of Kansas City and graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1966.
On September 16, 1972, Patricia married Lyle B. Ronnebaum at Christ the King Catholic Church in Kansas City, Kansas. He was her steady partner, her comfort, and the center of the life they built together over 53 years.
Patricia began working with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company from 1968 to 1977 as an operator and worked in the business office. She then devoted several years to caring for her home and family before joining Piper USD 203 School District in 1984, where she served as a school bus driver until her retirement in 2017.
