Patsy E Reynolds

Patsy Reynolds 82, passed at The Piper in Kansas City, Kansas on August 12, 2023. A visitation for Patsy will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS 66112. Following the visitation will be a funeral services at 12:00 pm with graveside and celebration of life to follow the service.

Patsy was born September 22, 1940 in Harrisburg, Arkansas to Frank Joseph and Gladys Lucille Neugebauer. She graduated from Harrisburg High in 1958. Patsy was joined in marriage to Donald Lee Reynolds on July 19, 1958 in Kansas City, Kansas. They moved to KCK at that time she worked for Sealright, Sears, Lockjoint Pipe then retired from PQ Corporation in 1996 and moved to the Lake of the Ozarks. Later returned to the Kansas City area due to health issues.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two infant siblings, sister Frankie Baker, brother Carl Wayne Neugebauer, daughter Kim Meisner.

Patsy is survived by her beloved husband Donald Reynolds for 65 years, children, Ginger Marin (Pete), Cathy Gray (Mike), son-in-law Gene Meisner and Mike Reynolds all from the Kansas City area. Siblings, Sam Neugebauer of KCK, Larry Neugebauer of Harrisburg, Arkansas, Rudy Neugebauer (Kathy) and Terry Neugebauer (Linda Sport) all of Shawnee, Kansas; as well as 14 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was an avid bowler, quilter, outdoors person, Chiefs, Royals, KU and Razorback fan. She was very family oriented who loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
