ALBERT GEORGE (AG) EDDY II, Longtime area restaurateur Albert G. Eddy II, 89, Kansas City, MO, died April 27, 2018 at the Kansas City Hospice House. AG was born on December 1, 1928 in Kansas City, MO. He graduated Southwest High School and attended University of Missouri. He served honorably in U.S. Army. AG married Gloria Ferris on November 10th 1957. He served as president of the Kansas City Chapter University of Missouri Alumni Assn. Ag was one of the original owners of Eddys’ Restaurant at 13th and Baltimore, and co-owned with his brother, LeRoy Eddy, Eddys’ Restaurant South. After retirement his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His favorite hobbies were golfing and playing cards with friends. Preceded in death by: Parents George and Lurice Eddy, Sister Fanny Jane Farha. Survivors include: Wife Gloria (Ferris) Eddy. Son George (Shannan) Eddy. Daughter Sharla (Jon) Heyen. Grandchildren Deena (Bobby) Ruiz, Alyssa Jane Sparhawk, Kaylah Eddy, Matthew Eddy, and Kyle Eddy. Great granddaughters, Mila Gloria and Olivia Emmanuelle Ruiz. Brother LeRoy Eddy and nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be from 10am to 11am on Monday, April 30 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 6401 Wornall Terrace, KCMO followed by a funeral service at 11:00am.
