ANNE M LAMPTON Anne Lampton, 80, passed away June 2, 2015. Memorial service will be 2:00PM, Friday, June 5, 2015, at Floral Hills. Family will receive friends beginning at 1pm. She grew up in Butte, Montana, where she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Butte, Montana. She participated in Brownies and Girl Scouts. She was always a straight A student, and a member of the National Honor Society, graduating from Smith-Cotton High School, in Sedalia, MO, in 1952. Anne met her husband, Gil, in Sedalia upon his return from military service, and started their family. She spent her time raising her sons, and being active in the PTA, where she held positions as president and chairperson of the Hickman Mills Scholarship Committee. Anne was also a member of Loma Vista Baptist Church. Activities she enjoyed included bowling, Bingo and Bunko. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Gil Lampton. Survivors include her sons: Jeffrey Sagar Lampton, and his wife, Bonnie; Kelley Joseph Lampton; sister: Jeanne Gregory; grandsons: Jon Gilbert Lampton and Nikolas Sagar Lampton.
