Beatrice was born in Kansas City, Kansas on July 17, 1935 to Cruz and Dolores (Mendez) Salas, who both preceded her in death. She was the oldest of nine siblings. Beatrice married Nicholas J. Ramirez on November 6, 1954 until his passing June of 2002, 46 years together. Together this matrimonial union brought 5 beautiful children who she loved unconditionally.
God and family came first. Beatrice was devoted to her Roman Catholic faith. She believed in morals, values and respect and lived by them. Her love for her family and everyone were based on those virtues and God.
Beatrice's life were her husband, children & grandchildren. A beautiful, devoted, wonderful wife, Mother and grandmother who had an enormous heart. She was a second mother to her nephew and three nieces, Raymond, Theresa, Yolanda & Antoinette Ramirez, who had a special place in her heart. Her mother-in-law, Teresa & Beatrice had a special one of a kind bond & mutual respect whereas she was treated as her own daughter.
Beatrice was, also, preceded in death by her daughter Anna Marie Peregrina, son, Michael Steven Ramirez & granddaughter, Jennifer Francesca Herrera; sisters, Juanita Hernandez and Josephine Roach. She is survived by her children, Gloria Ramirez, Nicholas Ramirez and Monica (Frank) Samon; grandchildren Priscilla (Steve), Anjelica, Alexandre (Nicole), Jasmine, Spencer, Franklin and Magdelena; four great-grandsons, Angelo, Lorenzo, Johnny and Steven; four step-grandchildren, Travis, Courtney, Amber and Harley; sisters, Grace Hernandez, Mary Villegas and Carol LeDesma; brothers, Jesse Raymond Rios, Joe (Pat) Maya, Gene (Kathy) Maya and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
