Bobby Dean Thompson, 82, passed away peacefully at home June 18, 2014. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2013 at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Inurnment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Bobby was born August 14, 1931 in Searcy, Arkansas, son of Hershel and Clara Mae (Ward) Thompson. He retired from the US Air Force and KCPD. Bobby is survived by his three daughters Linda Rudisel (Michael), Dena Cole (Quentin) and Terrie Stoeffler (Richard); eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one sister. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Ruth Thompson and his three brothers.
