Cicely Bri Shirley, 35 of Kansas City, MO died Friday, December 3, 2021. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 pm Monday, December 13 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3333 Broadway, Kansas City, MO. There will be a visitation at the church from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Cicely was born April 19, 1986 in Kansas City, MO to John Shirley and Roberta Salisbury. She had just been hired to be an advocate for the department of Children’s Protective Services.
Cicely was preceded in death by her father, maternal grandmother and both grandfather’s.
Cicely is survived by her six children, Jayden, Michaela, Jordan, Heavenly, Journey and Luxy, her mother, Roberta Salisbury, and stepfather, Maurice Stringer, her brothers and sisters, Sabriel, Christian, Malik and wife Jocelyn, Imani, Julian and Wahkunna Manning, also her paternal grandmother, Joan Hampton who she had an extremely close relationship and many loving aunts, uncles, Cousins, nieces and nephews.
