Claudia S. Curiel passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2015. A Celebration of her life will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd.
Claudia was born February 26, 1926 in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, Mexico. She came to the US with her husband in 1955. In 1975 she went to work at the Church of Nazarene as editorial assistant of Spanish publications. She loved to sing and dance and laugh.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Dr. Manuel Curiel and her second husband Rodrigo Parajon. Claudia is survived by her three children Claudia, Manny and Danny, six grandchildren, Bobby, Nicole, Rosie, Danielle, Angelina, and Sarah, and one great-granddaughter Lacey. She loved her children very much and never gave up on them. She will be missed by many.
