Clint was born and spent his entire life in Johnson County, Kansas. He attended Olathe South High School and the University of Kansas where he made many lifelong friends. In 1996, he met the love of his life, Jennifer, and they were married in 2001 against the beautiful backdrop of Lake Tahoe. They were blessed with three children, Hannah, Weston and Gavin, who were the bright lights of Clint’s life. Family was incredibly important to him and he could often be found helping with his kids’ sports teams and other activities.
The family enjoyed outdoor activities, including traveling, camping, ATV activities and water sports. The family would spend several weeks each year at the Lake of the Ozarks where Clint was the Captain of the family boats. He loved being on the water.
He was always busy, working at two different family businesses, Shane’s Bail Bonds, and Home Sweep Home Cleaning Service, and was integral to the operation of both businesses. He was extremely talented, particularly with physical projects, like woodworking, stonework, plumbing, electrical, plastering and construction, and transformed the family homes with his skill. There was nothing he could not accomplish when he put his mind to it.
He was extroverted and funny, and would light up any room. He could talk to anyone and was generous with his time and talent. He was an accomplished cook who dutifully manned the grill at gatherings of family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Young. Surviving him are: his wife of 20 years, Jennifer Ramey Rolf, his daughter, Hannah and his two sons, Weston and Gavin; his father John Henry Rolf (Beverly); his brother Shane Rolf (Angela), his sister Holly Rolf, his aunts Dorothy Bennett (Robert), Alice Potts (George), Thelma Jones (Ed), Mary Brownfield (Dean), his uncle Walter Rolf (Jackie) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
