Daniel Frank (Dan) Herbert, 30, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 30th, 10:30 a.m., at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11822 Holmes, Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., one hour prior to the service.
Daniel was born April 13, 1983 in Hays, Kansas. He was preceded in death by Harvey Herbert, grandfather; Ray C. McManis, grandfather; DeWayne McManis, uncle. He is survived by his son, Tucker Riley Herbert; Dave Herbert, father; Dianne McManis, mother; Dustin, brother; Erin and Elizabeth, sisters; Kathy Herbert, step mom; Tom and Andrew Williamson, step brothers; Connie Herbert and Erma McManis, grandmothers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tucker Riley Herbert Trust Fund, c/o David Herbert.
