DOROTHY M. CARMACK Dorothy M. Carmack, 86, passed away December 7, 2015. Dorothy was born September 9, 1929 the daughter of Henry and Hulda Oetting. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Dale Howard Carmack. Survivors include two brothers, Howard and Raymond Oetting; and two nieces, Sheri Oetting Klohr and Mary Ellen Kranz.
