Dorothy R. Spino, 72, Gladstone, MO, passed away November 29, 2011 at the NorthCare Hospice House. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 3rd at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church where a visitation will begin at 8:30 AM and rosary prayers at 9:30 AM. Entombment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to Kansas City Hospice or NorthCare Hospice.
Dorothy was born August 30, 1939 in Piqua, KS and lived in Kansas City since 1958. In 2005 she retired as a Research Librarian from PROSOCO. Dorothy was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank in 1994; and 2 brothers, Thomas and Michael Heffern.
