Emilee Mae Bibb

Emilee Mae Bibb, beloved daughter of Lawrence Bibb and Shannon McCarthy-Bibb, earned her angel wings on July 3, 2025 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born on September 13, 2007, in Saint Joseph, Missouri. She leaves behind her 5 younger siblings, Madison Bibb, 14, Alison Bibb, 11, Rhiannon Bibb, 10, Lennon McCarthy, 4, and Raven Faith McCarthy-Bibb, 1. She also left behind a big family, some of whom were present at her passing, including her honorary aunt, Pearlie Dale, 35.

Emilee studied at Benton High School and would graduate in 2026. She was also attending Hillyards Technical School, to become a Para Professional, and was known for her dedication and passion for teaching kids, with special needs.

Emilee had no children of her own, but she adored playing with her siblings and teaching them. Her little brother was the reason she wanted to become a teacher. She also loved K-pop music, and all things Asian, including food. Emilee's carefree personality and infectious smile, along with her childlike innocence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She brought joy and laughter wherever she went.

She passed away after a brave battle with cancer, but her legacy of kindness and love will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
