

At the age of nine, Eula gave her life to Jesus Christ at Kansas City Baptist Temple, a faith that remained an important part of her life. She attended Central High School in Kansas City, where she proudly earned a high school letter for cheerleading. She was also active in sports, playing basketball and hockey, demonstrating determination, teamwork, and school spirit.
Eula was known for her love of people and her gift for conversation. She truly enjoyed talking with others and had a special way of making people smile. Her warm personality, kind heart, and friendly nature left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Family meant everything to Eula. She took great pride in her loved ones and the life she helped build through her care, encouragement, and strength.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester Lee Bratcher and Dora V. Bratcher; and her brothers: Lee Bratcher, Floyd Bratcher, and Fred Bratcher.
Eula is survived by her sons, Ronnie Russell (wife Lisa Russell) and Raymond Russell; and one cherished grandchild, Dakota Russell.
Eula Kathleen Bratcher lived a full and meaningful life, and her memory will be forever held close by those who knew and loved her.
