Finley Kathleen Smith passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on April 14, 2015. Finley was born on March 18, 2015. During her short stay on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Finley was the daughter of the proudest parents, Freddie and Stephanie Smith, of Lee’s Summit, MO. Finley is also survived by her paternal grandparents; Fred and Kathy Smith, maternal grandparents; Pat and Tami Hull; Aunts and Uncles: Kayla Smith, Katie Smith, Frank Smith (Analisa), Matthew Hull (Brittnie) and Ashlee Schnell (Ryan) and her big cousin Hunter Schnell. In lieu of flowers, we would be honored to have you support Children’s Mercy Hospital as the nurses and doctors will always be considered her family.
