He was preceded in death by Joyce Boucher, his loving wife of 67 years. He is survived by his son Richard, 62, of Evergreen, Colorado and his son David, 54, of Olathe, Kansas. Frank also leaves six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Frank was a B-24 Bomber pilot in WWII, a graduate of the University of Kansas, member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and co-founder of Smith & Boucher, Inc., a consulting Engineering firm in Kansas City since 1965.
A visitation will be held at Mount Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd., Kansas City, Mo 64131 on Saturday, April 1, at 4:00pm with a Memorial Service to follow.
