Frank grew up in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania and moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 1979 to serve at the Stonecroft Ministries International Headquarters for 26 years. He went on to work for Johnson County Community College for 10 years. Frank was known on the campus for spreading his faith in Jesus Christ through his poetry. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, teasing and joking, singing in the church choir, and enjoying the beauty of God's creation, which he especially liked to photograph. He was a man of integrity who always put his family first.
He will be missed by his wife, Janice Spayd; daughters, Liz and husband Kevin Faughn, Allayne and husband Barry Clegg; his grandchildren, Jessica and husband Cliff King, Tiffany and husband Cameron Gregory, Michael Faughn, Lincoln and wife Kali Clegg, and Maggie Clegg; and great-grandchildren, Blake King and Ivy King, Axl Gregory, William Clegg and Turner Clegg.
Memorial service will be at the family's convenience.
