Jerry is survived by wife Jessie; daughters Tammy (Kenny), Jodie (Mark), and Kim (Brad); grandchildren Tiffany, Kenny, Whitney, Alex, Zachary, Logan, and Savannah; great grandchildren Preston and Kaitlyn; brothers DeLon (Jane) and Miles (Nancy); sister Vicki; as well as many dear relatives.
