Memorial visitation is from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, with memorial service at 6:00 PM, on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the McGilley Antioch Chapel. In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
Dominic was born May 22, 1978 to Mario and Rachel Angela (Lopez) Meneses in Kansas City, MO. Before declining health, he was employed with Walmart and Target stores. Dominic had a special relationship with Kim Robinson.
Survivors include his father, Mario Meneses, and his brother, Jason Meneses; and two sons, Ruben Vargas and Jacob Meneses. Dominic was preceded in death by a son, Dominic Vargas and his mother, Rachel A. Meneses.
