Judy Lorraine Renshaw

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131). A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Mount Moriah Cemetery, located on the same property.

Judy was born on February 22, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Denver Dean Kennedy and Wilma Dee (Perry) Kennedy.

Judy shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, Lawrence Dean Renshaw. Though married for six years, they spent sixteen wonderful years together. Judy had a kind and generous heart and was a friend to everyone she met. She was fun-loving, compassionate, and deeply devoted to her family and friends. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Judy also had a special love for her dog and enjoyed listening to Rick Springfield.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Amy and George Perry; her parents, Denver and Wilma Kennedy; her brother, Ronald Kennedy; and her beloved daughter, Kendra Dey.

Judy is lovingly remembered by her husband, Lawrence Renshaw; her daughter, Shelley Dey Cantrell (Billy); her son, Steven Dey; and her three cherished grandchildren, Zachary Cantrell, Brooklyn Cantrell, and Dakota Dey.
