Karen Ann Meiners, 52, of Buckner and formerly of Kansas City died January 1, 2015. A Celebration of Karen's Life will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at the McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood Blvd, KCMO. Karen was born September 30, 1962 to Edward J. and Mary (VanCompernolle) Meiners. She was a teacher and child care provider. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Steven Meiners and a sister Mary Kay Hirt. Karen's survivors include her son, Tony Arnone of Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, Michael Meiners and Patrick Meiners of Kansas City, MO.
