Karie was born to Wilma and Cloyce Gideon.
Karie grew up in Kansas City and attended schools Burke, Holmes, and graduated from Hickman mills and Wright Business College.
Karie met her long life best friend Pamela Taylor-Herndon of 58 years at the age of 5. Karie’s. Her career began as C.N.A. and ended being a Nana to 3 of her grandchildren Rylee, Khloee and Aubree. Karie enjoyed the western life and the life of a true Kansas City resident with her love and passion for our Chiefs and Royals. She had a big heart. Always would help out. Loved her children and grandchildren. She loved the lord along the side of her sisters, nieces and nephews. Achievements included Accounting degree to C.N.A. to Medical Assistant. She thrived her medical career at Wyoming Department of Corrections. She attended church at First Christian Church of Pleasant Hill.
She was preceded in death by her Parents Cloyce and Wilma Gideon Grandparents and the countless family pets.
Karie is survived by her Daughters Kristina (Nick) Miles of Belton, MO and Kamela (David) Adams of Pleasant Hill, MO. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren Emily Grace, Rylee Paul, Khloee Marie, and Aubree Lynn. Also her two sisters Lisa(Paul) Middaugh and Kimberly(Richard) Beilman.
