Larry Sarvis, 47, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on September 17, 2004. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday September 20, 2004 at McGilley Midtown Chapel, 20 W. Linwood, Kansas City, Missouri, followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the chapel. Larry was born on February 17, 1957 in Mullins, South Carolina, a graduate of Grandview High School and an interior designer. Larry is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Abby and Jason Matthews; son, Adam Sarvis; mother, Jackie Welch; sisters, Cindy Hedenkamp and her husband, Roy; Faye Riddle and Ann Collier and Jim Baird; brothers, Tim Welch and Denny Welch and his wife, Debbie; Grandson, Spencer Sarvis; nieces, Mandy, Heather, Meredith and Lucy; nephews, Cory, Clay and Austin; great-nephews, James, Logan and Gavin, great-niece, Maddie; his beloved Janie Sarvis-McManness and his partner of 14 years, John Sheets.
