Linda Suzette Trevino

Linda Suzette Trevino, a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on January 24, 2026, at the age of 78. She was born on January 27, 1947, in Howell, Michigan, to Harry and Eva Zimmerman. She lived most of her adult life in Lansing, Michigan and Millersburg, Michigan. She moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 2013.

She had a very special love for her dachshund Angelita.

Linda was a sassy, fun loving grandma. She loved to travel. She dedicated her life to being a homemaker, raising eight children. She found joy in supporting the Kansas City Chiefs, becoming an avid fan in 2018.

Linda is preceded in passing by her son-in-law Phil Pitchford, her granddaughter Melinda Trevino-James, her sisters Evelyn Cary and Karen Smith, and her brother George Zimmerman. She is survived by two sisters, Marlene Gehringer of Port Orange, Florida, and Harriet Bowhall of Howell, Michigan. Her legacy continues through her eight children, Joe Trevino Jr., Linda “Sissy” Trevino, Francisco Trevino (Kim), Patricia Trevino (Keith), Eva Carlson (Glen), Freddy Trevino, Amanda Trevino (Will), and Gloria Trevino, as well as 28 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Linda's memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
