Margaret Ann Tripp

Margaret Ann Tripp, born in Kansas City, Missouri, to Margaret and Leo Lynch, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2017. She was preceded in death by Cynthia, an infant daughter, and Carl M. Tripp, her husband of 60 years. They were married on June 22, 1949, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Together they raised five sons, who along with their spouses survive her. Michael and Sharon, of Dallas, Texas; Mark and Patty, of West Des Moines, Iowa; Scott and Debbie; Carl and Angela; Paul and Kerri; all of the Kansas City area; along with fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. After raising her children, Margaret worked for American Academy of Family Physicians for over twenty years. Upon retirement Margaret remained an active parishioner at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.

Margaret was a proud and loving mother and grandmother, a devout Catholic, and had a heart for all animals, particularly the many dogs that have been a part of her family throughout the years.

As per her wish, a private family Mass of Christian Burial is planned.
