Born in 1915 to Sam and Evangel Donelson, in Palmyra, Missouri, Marian worked at KMBC radio in the mid 30’s and later National Steel Corporation.
Marian loved traveling with her husband Ray and socializing with family and friends. She also loved music, teaching piano and playing in bell choirs.
Preceded in death by her husband Ray and son Ron Luton, Marian is survived by son, Randall Luton, daughter-in-law Janice Luton, grandchildren Matt Luton, Kelsey Luton, Shelley Tatro, Tamala Pearce and Jeff Luton, and great grandchildren Hunter Hillhouse, Samantha and Preston Pearce, and Cameron Luton.
A Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 7th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, December 8th at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
