Marilyn was born on November 25th, 1935 in El Dorado Springs, Missouri. She married Dean Mayden on September 25th 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Marilyn had a wide variety of passions from jewelry collecting to camping and fishing. She enjoyed traveling with her friends and had a lifelong love of photography. Marilyn also adored flowers and tending to a garden.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents Calvin and Beulah, sister Shirley, and brother Wally.
She is survived by husband Dean, daughters Dena (Bob) Losasso of Overland Park, KS; and Cari Mayden of Raytown, MO, son Mark (Joanie) Mayden of Plano TX, five grandchildren, Ian (Catie); Niki (Brian); Courtney(Jason); Miles(Courtney); and Fiona, and five great-grandchildren, Jack; Winslow; Millie Jane; Louie; and Sloane.
Services will be held at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Kansas City, Missouri on Tuesday, March 31st. Visitation will begin at 1:30pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:00pm.
