Our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Marilyn Frances Richardson Porter, age 83, a life long resident of the Kansas City area, was escorted by angels on Christmas Day, December 25, 2019 to be with our Lord and Savior on this special day of His birth. She was born on November 21, 1936 to her parents, the late Andrew Columbus Richardson and Lauretta Bickley Richardson of Lee's Summit, MO. After 30 years of service, she retired from Commence Bank of Kansas City. She was a life long Methodist, loved music and was an accomplished pianist. She also enjoyed watching the KC Chiefs, was an avid doll collector, adored Mickey and Minnie Mouse and any thing Disney.
She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Janice Winter of Pensacola, FL and Karen Fugitt (Jeff Dziedzic) of Blue Springs, MO, two granddaughters, Miranda Fugitt and Hailey Fugitt; two grandsons, Chris Patillo (Jessica) and Stephen Winter; and two great grandchildren, Peyton and Parker.
Burial at Flora Hills Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a date yet to be determined. If desired, memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7285 W. 132nd St., Overland Park KS 66213
