Marjorie A. Hines passed away peacefully in her sleep on the afternoon of January 22nd, 2019. She was buried among her family and friends at Floral Hills on February 2nd. We all hope she has endless rest after a life well spent. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
She is survived by her husband of 77 years, Earl Hines. Her living descendants are her son, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was a wife, a mother, a sister and an aunt. Her extended family includes just about everyone she ever met.
She kept close friends of every age and celebrated her many years every chance she got. Her absence leaves a gap, a quiet kitchen, an empty seat on her front yard bench. She is sorely missed and warmly remembered.
In the short time since her passing the family has been flooded with heartfelt letters and calls that all give testament to the legacy of her friendship. We appreciate all you have said and done, thank you so much.
