Martha A Clark

Martha attended South East High School in Kansas City. She went to Secretarial School. Martha married Harry Richard Clark on May 12, 1957. He preceded her in death in November of 2007.

Martha enjoyed playing the organ and piano and also loved gardening, knitting, macramé, crocheting, reading and painting garden pots. She liked to sew and made many clothes for her family. Martha had a special love of animals, especially her cats. The greatest of all her loves were her three children. Martha lived her life for her children and was able to stay home and care for all three kids.

In addition to her husband Harry, she is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister. She is survived by one son, Richard Dennis Clark (Pam); two daughters, Denise Ann Clark and Kim DeAnne Turner (Houston); and three grandchildren, Emmett Richard Clark, Christopher Lee Sims and Jennifer Nicole Sims.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 1-3 pm at Floral Hills Funeral Home. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
