Mary Marie (Stewart) Casey, 88, Kansas City, MO, passed away from complications of Parkinson’s on May 1, 2014. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 6th, at Kingswood, 10000 Wornall Rd. Private inurnment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Mrs. Casey was born June 30, 1925 in Urich, MO, daughter of Robert R. and Anna C. (Carrington) Stewart. She met her husband James E. Casey at Sears, where he was a stockman and she worked in administration. They were married September 4, 1948. She loved Singing Circle and the church choir.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Ray and Bill Stewart. She is survived by her husband, James Casey, Kansas City, MO; daughter Shannon Casey (Harland), Kansas City, MO; sister, Leota Bickford, Twentynine Palms, CA; extended family and friends.
