Minnie Miehl, of Lake Lotawana MO, born on August 18, 1936, passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 89. Born in Glasgow, Missouri, Minnie built a life rooted in family, faith, and community. She enjoyed a long career with AT&T and was a devoted member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church in Blue Springs, MO.
Her passions included tending to her garden and spending time on the water boating—activities that reflected her love of nature and simple joys.
Minnie will be deeply missed by her granddaughters, Trisha Bean and Tonia Barber; her nieces, Micheleen Baron (Kansas City, MO) and her family as well as Pam Rubenstein (Tampa Fl) and her family; her step son-in-law, Mike Bean, along with many friends and extended family.
A service to honor Minnie’s life will be held on Monday, October 13th, at 1:00pm at Newcomers Floral Hills Funeral Home at 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, M0 64133.
Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name to Children's Mercy Hospital would be appreciated.
