Nicholas Joseph Parker, 29, passed away on February 5, 2024 in Scottsdale, AZ. Nick was born on March 6, 1994, in Pittsburgh, PA, and even though he only lived there for four months, was a huge Steelers fan. He was the middle of three children and graduated from Blue Valley North High School, Overland Park, KS, in 2012. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kansas State University. He was a big Chiefs and Royals fan. His true passion was the culinary arts. He loved to cook for his family and friends and was excellent at it. He also had a passion for video games and collectibles.
He is survived by his father, Timothy, mother, Beth, sisters, Samantha (and Daniel Peterson) and Madison, and his nephew, Theodore Parker-Petersen who Nick adored. He was a sensitive, kind-hearted and generous soul. He highly valued his friends and family.
