Owen, it was great fun skating and sharing laughs with you on Wednesdays.  Thanks for all the coaching and being a good friend. Wednesday hockey isn’t the same without you.

Owen you are missed more than you could ever know. You were a true friend! You were always willing to help through the years at work, but better than that, you were there as a friend no matter what! My admiration, respect and love for you has been immense and I will continue to carry that and you in my heart always. You mattered! And you made sure your friends and loved ones knew they mattered! You are missed, my friend!

Owen was such a sweet neighbor. He was patient with our kids and talked football with my oldest. They would yell hello to "Mr. Robins" from their windows and he would always smile. He was too young to be gone already. He was a good man and will be missed.

It’s a privilege to have known Owen. A best friend a man could ever have. I will miss our discussions on every topic. A very smart man. More laughs than you can count and hundreds of lunches. I miss you.

Owen was one of the best neighbors I ever had. He always took the time to talk sports with my son and we would always laugh about how the world was changing. He was always the first one to our Christmas party, and he had a million dollar smile. I'll miss you buddy!

Owen was a great guy.  He was a genuine man and he will be missed by so many people

We were teammates on the Saints hockey team.  I always appreciated Owen's skill on the ice and the calm he brought to the room and the bench.
I will miss his wry smile and dry sense of humor. 
He was a good teammate and friend.

Owen was such a great guy a fun teammate on our K-State hockey team. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace my friend!

Not sure I enjoyed giving anyone a harder time on the golf course more than Owen.  Will miss his laugh, his referring to himself in the third person after his divot going further than his ball and his Charles Barkley impersonation. Just a good man. RIP friend. RJ

We just lost a big member of the band with your passing Owen.  You were a great teammate and friend who always had my back.  Always enjoyed the laughs when we had a chance to hang together.   You will be missed my friend!  RIP!

Owen, you were one of the most genuinely good people I have known.  I'll miss the laughs with you on Wednesdays on and off the ice.

Owen was the ultimate neighbor, friend, and mentor. Our heats have been shattered.

I too had the pleasure of knowing Owen through the Saints hockey team. He was an intense competitor and a great teammate. Whether it was in the room, on the ice or after the game having a beer, Owen always had a smile on his face that lit up the room. Rest in Peace brother!

Although we lost a lot of hockey games together, this loss stings the most. Thank you for being a part of many, many happy memories. Thoughts, prayers & love.

I will miss our Men's League Hockey Adventures. The boys will get together with a bottle of Boodles in your Memory. RIP "O".  You were taken from us far too early. -Moose

I have had the privilege and the joy to know Owen through hockey.  Spoke to him on many occasions 
He was a lovely man! Always fun to play hockey with or talk to later
His loss is huge to our community and he will be missed deeply by myself and many others!  Peace to his family , friends, all that knew him and loved him!

Owen was a wonderful man in every way. A gentleman who always had time to talk about anything. He was extremely smart and an excellent hockey player. I will miss seeing him every week.

Couldn’t ask for a better teammate and friend than Owen. I’ll miss him yelling “RELAX” at me when I had the puck. And I’ll miss his tee shots that went 6 feet straight up in the air and landed right back on the tee. I swear it was magic… You will be missed my friend.
